The host company:

Located in the Paradise of Europe. The dreamy location at the Western edge
of the Peloponnese gives a remarkable view to the Ionian Sea and islands. An
unique opportunity to have an international experience in the tourism world.

Your tasks:

 Check-in/Check-out
 Inicident Management: Provide solutions for unforseen events like late check-out, extensions or early departures
 Interacting in a courteous and professional manner with guests and hotel staff
 Assisting in taking reservations
 Cooperation with Reservations, Public Relations and other departments to coordinate tasks
 Answering questions relating to the hotel, the premises, events and leisure offers in Barcelona
 Complaint management, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

We are looking for:

 Studies in the fields of Tourism Management, Communication, Foreign Languages or others
 Languages: English, German
 IT: MS Office

We offer:
 Remuneration: 350€/month + free accommodation + free board
