If you are interested in the business world and like negotiating with companies on a B2B base, we offer you an attractive internship in our young and international company. You will get insight in human resources processes and you will have the possibility to work independent and creative.
Your tasks:
• Market studies and analysis of new target markets
• Gaining new B2B partners
• Writing internship offers
• Communication and cooperation with the other departments of IES-Consulting
• Marketing measures in the B2B section
• Realize job interviews with possible candidates
• Offer-Matching
• Composing of internship contracts and negotiation of the conditions

We are looking for:
 Studies: Marketing, Business, Management or similar
 IT: MS Office
 Languages: Spanish very good, English good,
other languages beneficial

We offer:
 Remuneration: 300€/month
 Interesting task, responsible tasks, international work environment,
 Posibility of fix contract after the internship
